These terms describe the rules for using MoCHi, connecting AI providers, and understanding user responsibilities.

Age Requirement

MoCHi is intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old.

By creating an account, accessing, or using MoCHi, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or older.

Using MoCHi

MoCHi is a personal AI workspace that allows users to sign in, manage conversations, connect AI providers, upload files, generate images, customize their workspace, and access AI-powered features.

You agree to use MoCHi responsibly, lawfully, and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Violate laws or regulations.
  • Harm, harass, threaten, or exploit others.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content.
  • Circumvent security measures or service limitations.
  • Abuse third-party services or provider platforms.
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.

Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs through it.

  • Your account credentials.
  • Connected provider accounts.
  • API keys and access tokens.
  • Provider billing and usage charges.
  • Activities performed through your account.

You should immediately secure your account if you believe unauthorized access has occurred.

Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

MoCHi supports Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) functionality.

When you connect your own API keys or provider accounts, usage remains subject to the provider's terms, policies, billing practices, rate limits, safety requirements, and restrictions.

  • Model availability.
  • Provider moderation decisions.
  • Provider outages.
  • Provider account restrictions.

Users remain responsible for maintaining their provider accounts and complying with provider requirements.

Provider Credentials

MoCHi may securely store, encrypt, and route provider credentials when required for service functionality.

While reasonable security measures are implemented, no system can guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for protecting their provider accounts and credentials.

Plans, Limits, and Trials

MoCHi may offer free access, storage quotas, request limits, trials, paid features, promotional credits, or administrator-granted allowances.

Limits may be changed, introduced, reduced, or removed at any time to:

  • Maintain service availability.
  • Control operational costs.
  • Improve reliability.
  • Protect infrastructure.
  • Prevent abuse.

When limits are reached, certain features may become unavailable until usage decreases, limits reset, additional access is granted, or the user provides their own provider credentials.

Provider Billing and Credits

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, AI model usage is billed by the third-party provider selected by the user.

Examples may include OpenRouter, OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, GitHub Models, Hugging Face, or other supported providers.

  • API usage charges.
  • Credit balances.
  • Refund decisions.
  • Provider account suspensions.
  • Provider policy changes.
  • Provider rate limits.
  • Model removals.

AI Outputs

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, biased, outdated, offensive, or incorrect.

Users are responsible for evaluating and verifying AI-generated outputs before relying on them.

MoCHi is not a substitute for professional advice, including but not limited to:

  • Medical advice.
  • Legal advice.
  • Financial advice.
  • Safety-critical decisions.
  • Emergency guidance.

Always consult qualified professionals when appropriate.

Content You Submit

You remain responsible for all content submitted through MoCHi, including:

  • Prompts.
  • Messages.
  • Uploaded files.
  • Images.
  • API keys.
  • Generated content.
  • Shared content.

You represent that you have the necessary rights, permissions, and authority to submit such content.

By using third-party providers through MoCHi, you understand that submitted content may be sent to those providers so they can perform the requested task.

Storage, Uploads, and Wallpapers

MoCHi may store data necessary to operate the service, including:

  • Chats.
  • Memories.
  • User settings.
  • Provider metadata.
  • Uploaded files.
  • Generated images.
  • Archived conversations.
  • Workspace customizations.
  • Wallpapers.

Storage availability depends on service limits, user plans, and configured infrastructure.

Large files, unsupported formats, excessive storage usage, or content violating these terms may be rejected, restricted, or removed.

Shared Links

Users may create public or shareable conversation links.

Anyone with access to a shared link may be able to view the shared content until the link is deleted, expires, becomes inaccessible, or is otherwise removed.

Users should avoid sharing confidential, sensitive, personal, regulated, or proprietary information through publicly accessible links.

Temporary Chats and Deletion

Temporary Chats are intended to avoid saving conversations to standard chat history.

However, temporary conversations may still be processed by AI providers during generation.

Deleting content from MoCHi does not guarantee deletion from third-party providers that may have processed the content during the request.

Privacy

Use of MoCHi is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains how information may be collected, stored, processed, retained, exported, and deleted.

Abuse, Restrictions, and Termination

MoCHi may limit, suspend, restrict, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to:

  • Enforce these terms.

  • Protect connected providers.

Content may be removed and features may be restricted without prior notice when necessary to protect the service or its users.

Features, integrations, providers, APIs, models, storage systems, authentication methods, and functionality may change, be modified, be discontinued, or become unavailable at any time.

Limitation of Liability

  • Billing disputes.
  • Account restrictions.

  • Deleted content.

  • Service interruptions.
  • Third-party provider actions.
  • User misuse.

Users assume responsibility for their use of the service.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operator's jurisdiction, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Changes to These Terms

MoCHi may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of the service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
